Hi Caitlin,
ReplyDeleteThere are some good points within this presentation but overall it is lacking the fine detail needed for it to be considered good film analysis. Try not to leave anything to the imagination of the examiner, don't assume he/she knows what it is you are hinting at. Tell them, plain and simple. Also, ensure that you fully explain what effect the individual micro-features has on how the audience reads the scene you are analysing. For example, what effect the lighting has on the audience directly, what are the direct connotations of the colours used?
Also, can this be correctly embedded on to your blog ASAP please.
All the best
Mr Cooper
Hi Caitlin,
ReplyDeleteI am more than a little concerned that there has not been anything posted on to your blog for sometime now. I am expecting to see the work you did with Zara and the attempted essay style question for City Of God, where are these? Please post them up ASAP.
All the best
